Role Overview
Integrate Hearing is excited to extend an invitation for a Hearing Care Assistant to join our close-knit and dedicated team to service our locations in Stockport (Cheadle & Romiley) and Wrexham.
With a focus on continuous learning and career advancement, this role is perfect for those with a passion for aiding others and a keen interest in audiology. The Role Involves:
- Providing stellar customer service.
- Assisting our audiologists with various tasks including otoscopy, hearing assessments, and more.
- Offering patients guidance on hearing aid maintenance and usage.
- Conducting ear wax removal via micro-suction, with training provided as necessary.
- You’ll also have access to cutting-edge digital hearing products from all market-leading hearing aid manufacturers and the latest audiometric testing equipment.
Development Opportunities:
You will be encouraged to continually enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements. We support attendance at product launches, training workshops, and other professional development opportunities, with potential pathways to become a fully qualified hearing aid dispenser in the future.
Prospective Candidates:
We’re seeking individuals with outstanding communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a passion for assisting customers to fully benefit from their hearing devices. Previous experience in a supportive patient-centered role is advantageous. A UK driving license and the ability to work independently across different locations are essential.
