Duration of the warranty may vary depending on the device, but typically all our devices come with a warranty between 2-5 years. We also include a lifetime aftercare service for any of your servicing needs. This included repeat reassessment tests and all general aftercare appointments including re-tuning, servicing and minor repairs. We even include free ear wax removal for all our hearing aid patients up to 2 times a year and wherever possible a loan aid service.*

Additional Hearing Aid Insurance Cover
We recommend getting insurance cover for your hearing aids to cover you for instances that fall outside of your manufacturer warranty. Typically, warranties will not cover accidental damage, loss or theft. If you already have home contents insurance you may already be covered under your insurance policy for incidence related to your hearing aids, although we always recommend checking with your provider who may wish for you to stipulate them as a specific item.* You are often required to pay an excess fee to make a claim on insurance and addition of your hearing devices may alter your premium. If not already covered by any existing provider it may be worth getting them insured.
