Deposits and Free Hearing Aid Trials
Integrate Hearing requires the cost of 20% of the hearing aid(s) and/or accessories list price to be paid by the customer in order to place an order for that device. Following this the customer will have a period where they get to test out their devices and take them home. Integrate Hearing can in some cases offer a 14-day free hearing aid trial on hearing aids and/or accessories prior to purchase. This does not include the cost of Home Visit Consultations which will be chargeable (see Home Visit Consultations section for prices). Any deposits paid for hearing aid(s) (excluding custom made earmolds used for BTE style hearing aids which are not included in the free trial) will be returned to you in full, following the return of your hearing aid(s). You will be made aware of any cost of the custom made products or any other products that are non-refundable prior to your order and payment for these will be required at your assessment consultation.
Extensions of the loan period will only be accepted if they are confirmed in writing by Integrate Hearing Ltd (this can include confirmation by email). If you decide to keep the hearing aids(s) at the end of the trial, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the hearing aids(s) and/or accessories as advised in your hearing assessment. This is payable by card, cash, cheque or BACS transfer. Should you choose to return the equipment after the 14-day trial, the hearing system must be returned to Integrate Hearing Ltd by the agreed trial end date. You will be given a follow-up appointment date with your audiologist to finalise this agreement. If you are unable to attend this appointment you must return the equipment in full working order to our Head Office at 26 High Street, Cheadle, Stockport SK8 1AL, prior to the end of the trial period. If you cannot return the hearing system in person then please send them to the above address via recorded delivery and keep hold of your proof of postage in line with our returns policy. If the hearing aid(s) and/or accessories is not received by this date, then you will be invoiced for the full amount of the hearing system. If you are concerned the hearing aid may be faulty then contact the Head Office on 01617060067 immediately to arrange for the aid to be checked and repaired. Maintenance of the hearing system during the trial is the responsibility of the borrower. You will be expected to handle it with care and keep it in good condition.
