Hearing Aid Repair Service

Our aim is to repair all hearing aids in-house and we can offer a postal service/pick-up & drop off service wherever possible. Where necessary, if we cannot fix the problem in-house we can send your hearing aid to be repaired/replaced by the manufacturer.

If you are having problems with your existing hearing aids, we ask for you to contact us by telephone first so that we can organise the most efficient mode of service.

All face-to-face services are appointment only.

Ordering replacement parts for your hearing aids 

We offer postal supplies of batteries, wax filters and other hearing aid consumables. Please contact us on 01617060067 or email info@integratehearing.co.uk with your order requirements. These will be subject to a fee for postage. We often recommend stocking up on these supplies at your routine hearing aid check.

For all hearing aid sent to us by post, prior to posting we strongly advise you:

• Assure that the hearing aid(s) are packaged safely and securely to prevent damage. We recommend sending them in pocket-sized case they first came in.
• Check that the hearing aids are insured under your home contents insurance.
• Insure the hearing aids for postage and get them sent them sent by recorded delivery, which included tracking.

Whether it be because you can no longer access treatment at your previous supplier, or are just wanting to try somewhere new Integrate Hearing can in some cases support patients who have purchased their hearing aids from other hearing clinics.

Prospective client who have already purchased their hearing aids elsewhere, but would like to see what Integrate Hearing can offer for repairs/ general maintenance and aftercare are asked to contact us directly before making a booking to discuss your needs and the cost of the treatment involved.

We offer set packages for taking over aftercare as outlined below.  In some instances, your needs may fall outside of what is offered in these packages; we will discuss this with you prior to making your appointment.

Package 1
Hearing aid needing repair (in-house)
£65

• 30 minute consultation to assess repair needed and fix on-site
• (Additional treatments e.g. ear wax removal or replacement hearing aid parts to be charged additionally)

Package 2
Hearing aid needing repair (manufacturer repair)
£175

• 30 minute consultation to assess repair needed
• Hearing aid sent to manufacturer for repair
• 30 minute consultation to re-fit the hearing aid to the previous prescription only.
• (Additional treatments e.g. ear wax removal to be charged separately)

Package 3
Hearing loss assessment, re-tuning of hearing aids with follow up consultations
starts from £250

• 30 minute consultation to assess if we can assist you
• 60 min assessment of your hearing and for re-tuning of existing hearing aids
• 30 minute follow up, to check progress after alterations
• 30 minute additional follow ups to be charged separately at £65 per 30 minute follow up.
