Hello!! So did the whole ear check up thing. Was a little apprehensive about whether it was necessary but hey ho I gave it a go.
Wow. Very professional and prompt. Loads of information too but the best part was the empathy shown. Olivia really wants to understand. A great experience. Would recommend highly.

Lovely ladies working there and I was happy with the service. I had an appointment with potential ear wax removal but instead of charging me for something that wasn't necessary she told me honestly it's not needed so saved me £30. Can recommend 👍
It was £30 for the check though so I suppose I could have let my doctor have a look, when there, for free and then if needed come here. But all good.

After visiting the doctor and another ear wax removal place with no luck, I found Integrate after struggling with hearing loss for about a month due to ear wax. The lady at Integrate was absolutely lovely, and the clinic itself was super clean and welcoming. I really appreciated that they offer different methods of removal to ensure everything is done safely. I’d highly recommend them!
