Melissa was extremely careful and patient with me, and I didn't have any pain with the microsuction, which I had experienced with other audiologists at other places, as she used the correct sized implements for my very narrow ear canals. She explained things clearly and patiently too, so from now on, I won't be going anywhere else!

Excellent service provided by Melissa on my visit to Integrate's Wrexham clinic recently. Problematic earwax removed efficiently, with an explanation of the process to put the patient at ease, and a hearing test was also carried out (positive result!) to further put my mind at rest.
